In a recent project for Double Vision we had a client contact us with interest in purchasing some of our prints for the office of Coal Harbour Spa located in Vancouver. Rather than direct the customer to a link to our online store to make his selection I decided to meet with the owner to find out what he was looking for.

Owner, Lance Barretthas built a successful name in Vancouver having over 17 years of experience, his clientele are average joes to semi-pro and professional athletes.
How many times have you experienced poor customer service or unprofessional business ethics when shopping? Not just typical purchases of simple items, nowadays sloppy salesmanship is crawling its way into luxury priced goods. Shamelessly rude, utter lack of respect for the consumer is now becoming a common occurrence. Consumers are numb, reluctant or intimidated to question poor sales procedure or high prices accepting the madness as normal... huh?
