From corporate professionals, social media profiles, creatives personalizing their own brand, performers and artists, family memories, everyone needs a Headshot. Headshots are often utilized as a profile picture for promotion, PR, commercial, corporate and online social media outlets. Once we know the function of your image we will customize a design specifically for you.

Before your scheduled photo session it is essential you communicate the exact intent of the image you require, doing so allows us to create a style and design accordingly with you. A phone call or email is suffice and familiarizing yourself with all the material provided in this section will give you the opportunity to be fully prepared. We want you to have a great experience and that you’ll receive the maximum value from your photo session with us.

Headshots can incorporate different themes and concepts, they’re not so restrictive to one form of composition or style. Double Vision Photography specialize in portraits for performers, artists, corporate professionals and family memories. Portraits can also be used for: album covers, fashion editorials, modeling agencies, anniversaries or that special someone. During the photo session John and Jamie work together instructing you into alignment direction poses that produce the most captivating images truly representative of your character and unique in appearance.

If for any reason you need to change or cancel a scheduled session, We require 72 hours notice, otherwise you will have to forfeit your deposit. However, if we are able to fill your time-slot with another client within the 72 hour period then we would credit your deposit towards your rescheduled session.

After choosing the photos  you would like to use and they are approved for retouching, those 4 final edited shots will be processed at high resolution. When completed you can upload the images via transfer from the privately created online photo gallery to disk and take to any printing house of your choice or we can provide a recommendation.

For convenience and quality we would suggest prints via the Double Vision Photography private online gallery website that hosts all of our photos (‘SmugMug’), they have all the information you will require to make the print your after including prices and sizes and delivery to your home address.

In future, if you require additional shots from your shoot to be retouched, processed at high resolution and prepared for printing it will be at a cost to you of $55.00 per-shot plus tax.

If you request archiving all the master files with us, a monthly fee will be applied. If you require a second output or transfer from the originally delivered files we will charge $65 plus any associated hardware (external storage devices) costs unless supplied by the client.

All image master files not associated with the final delivery will be deleted after 30 days. All projects are in storage for three months and you will be billed for this extra service to retrieve the files, output and re-edit.
