Before your scheduled photo session it is essential to communicate the exact intent of the image you require, doing so allows us to create a style and design accordingly with you. Our studio is located in Pattaya city so a phone call or email is suffice and familiarizing yourself with all the material provided here will give you the opportunity to be fully prepared and aware of what can be expected. The Portrait and Headshot service of our business is always in demand. Now that we’re based in Pattaya, Thailand Double Vision Photography can relocate our setups to office locations in the city and throughout the country including Bangkok. DVP has not only the experience but we specialize in portrait photography. During the photo session John and Jamie work together directing your alignment and poses that produce the most captivating images truly representative of your character and unique in appearance.
Over time we’ve discovered that tech savvy, creative professionals want a new style of headshot without compromise. We’re not necessarily reinventing the headshot but our design takes the standard portrait from the ordinary to the extraordinary Portrait. Our approach is to develop innovative photography projects with our clients. These projects begin by understanding what the core brand or identity is, so we can design a contemporary portrait that represents who you are with a style to target and engage your audience.
Having your company Team appearing with professional headshots definitely gives you the edge over others with appearance and looking organized.
For Individual Sessions in our Pattaya city studio – a 1 to 2 hour minimum of studio time or on location coverage which include 4 final retouched images in color including Black and White.
For Group Sessions – Depends on the number of people but groups of 7 and above normally we take 10 – 15 mins per person and the standard image request is 1 to 2 images each.
After choosing the photos you would like to use and they are approved for retouching, those 4 final edited shots will be processed at high resolution. When completed you can upload the images via transfer from the privately created online photo gallery to: your desktop, online destinations or disk and take to any printing house of your choice or we can provide a recommendation.
We use the industry leader in software for retouching and organizing our photos.
For convenience and quality we would suggest prints via our private online gallery website that hosts all of our photos (‘SmugMug’), they have all the information you will require to make the print your after including prices and sizes and delivery to your home address.
In future, if you require additional shots from your shoot to be retouched, processed at high resolution and prepared for printing it will be at a cost to you of USD $55.00 per-shot plus tax. If you request archiving all the master files with us, a monthly fee will be applied. If you require a second output or transfer from the originally delivered files we will charge USD $65 plus any associated hardware (external storage devices) costs unless supplied by the client.

All image master files not associated with the final delivery will be deleted after 30 days. All projects are in storage for three months and you will be billed for this extra service to retrieve the files, output and re-edit.
If for any reason you need to change or cancel a scheduled session, We require 72 hours notice, otherwise you will have to forfeit your deposit. However, if we are able to fill your time-slot with another client within the 72 hour period then we would credit your deposit towards your rescheduled session.
There is nothing wrong with having fun and capturing that lighter side. for a portrait session.
